Office Hours

Our office will operate as normal through the 21 days lockdown. Our staff is available to assist you with all your support needs. Please feel free to contact the office or send an email if you need any assistance.

If you need help setting-up your staff to enable them to work from home (connecting to the office), we offer free remote support to set up your firewall mobile VPN to allow for SSL, IKE, L2TP connections.

Orders

All software renewals queries will be handled and we expect no delay on the licenses renewals.

Hardware shipments seem to be delayed due to limited shipment being done by our freight companies. We will however still assist you with your order to make sure you are first in line as soon as normal shipment continues.
